We will reply and offer solution within 24 hours.if any problem occurred on installation site,we will handle the problem caused by stone itself free. In case that the products are unable to repair,we will offer replacement,If any quality problem occurred after installation ,we will also provide after-sales service and only charge basic service cost,such as material fee,travelling expense. No labor service fee will be charged.

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Free sample is available with freight collect or prepaid. Q2. How long is the delivery date?
A: We can deliver the goods within 15 days after placing the order. Q3. What is the MOQ?
A: Different styles and different MOQ, but most of them are 2 pallets. Q4. How do you ship the goods ?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. Airline and sea shipping also optional. Q5. Can you make products from our designs?
A: Yes, we do OEM. Q6. What if the tiles are broken during transition?
A: All our products are insurance, our after sales will sort our the reasons and will sure you'll be properly compensated. Q7: What’s your payment terms?
A: Our payment terms are T/T, L/C , PayPal, 30% of total value as deposit to make to order. 70% balance should be paid before the delivery. |
